If you are interested in gaining permission to incorporate the RCADS into your organization's EHR using FHIR, JSON, Turtle, or XML, please click this link to submit your request to to incorporate the RCADS into an EHR. For 'Type of Use', please select "Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incorporation." Then select "FHIR (JSON, TTL, or XML file format)" for 'Which type of EHR system will you be using?'
